1 Package Cream Cheese – Softened
1 Package Oreo Cookies
2 Packages (8 squares each) Baker’s Chocolate
Crush cookies. Mix together cream cheese & 3 cups of crushed cookies. Roll into approx. 1 inch balls on wax-paper-lined cookie sheet. Melt chocolate in microwave at 1 minute increments until melted. Dip balls into chocolate. Garnish with remaining crushed cookies – or add Christmas sprinkles or shaved chocolate!
