1 Package Hawaiian Rolls
4 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Pound Bacon
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 325 degrees & spread some of the melted button onto the bottom of a backing dish; set aside. Bake or fry the bacon; set aside to drain once cooked. Mix eggs, heavy cream, vanilla & cinnamon. Slice your Hawaiian Rolls; soak top half in egg mixture & place bottom half into buttered baking dish. Then spread butter and sprinkle some brown sugar on bottom layer of Hawaiian rolls & add a layer of cooked bacon; sprinkle more brown sugar. Add top layer of Hawaiian Rolls & bake until golden brown. Take out of dish, cut into squares & serve with maple syrup.
