Christmas Crack

1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 10×15 cookie sheet with aluminum foil & brush foil with butter. Place a layer of crackers on aluminum foil. Melt butter & sugar in a saucepan and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Stir & scrape sides constantly. Pour mixture over crackers & spread out so crackers are completely covered. Bake for 5 minutes & allow to cool for 5 minutes. Microwave chocolate at 1 minute increments until melted & then spoon over crackers until completely covered. Add sprinkles, chopped nuts or crushed saltine crackers for garnish. Allow to completely harden/set up. Remove from foil & break into pieces.
